Mountain West talent and depth. I don't question their desire to win. It just seems like when they are successful, it is because they have over-acheived. For the most part, in many games they look like boys among men. Speed is great, but it just doesn't fly against strength & power. After 5 years, still no discernable depth. I know this program will never get the blue-chippers .... but Rich Rod's roster pales in comparison to the strength and depth of Tomey's teams of the 90s.
