My first question going into today is how many we have to give? On the surface, it looks like we have 17 commits, plus the 4 grey shirts, plus grad transfer Barton who count toward this class, leaving us with 3 to give. But could any of the early enrollees count toward the last class, leaving us with more to give today?

Does anyone know?

It's always a big day, and I still think RR did the right thing with the coaching changes but no doubt this is going to be very painful gap year in recruiting. However if you get an elite lineman and your QB of the future that can be a big impact. The flip side you don't "surprise" a JC WR with a last minute offer when things are going well. Hate to keep saying next year..but next year will be the true test of whether jettisoning the D coaches when he did will have paid off on the recruiting front.
