Interestingly, he said last year that they may have filled up the class too early and that he wanted to hold some spots for late deciders this year. Is this all part of the plan? I never realized how much I prefer "boring".

True, true, he did say that. But I think the plan was more like "Have 22 guys locked up then battle for 3 studs on Signing Day" and not "Have 10 guys decommit after overhauling the defensive staff."
