One other note from the spring game

One more note form the spring game. There was a whole passel of recruits around the Lowel stevens facility after the game. I have no idea who they all were, but they were out in numbers.

I was talking to Coach Mcgee . He commeneted on how important the North End zone facility is to recruiting. He said if you can get them to come to Tucson, they are quickly interested by what they see. He said it was very difficult to get the top players to trip to Tucson because they are under the impression that there is nothing at the University of Arizona. Now the top talent is more aware of Arizona.

My old teammate brought his son down to see the game and look around. They had not seen the NEZ before. He plays offensive and defensive line. He is a sophomore, a power lifter and a wrestler. His son was just blown away by the weight room and the locker room. That is what the new facility does for recruiting.

I talked to the lady "guarding" the entrance to the Bear Down Kitchen. She said recruits were inside. It was pretty full of people.
