Medel, Bannister, Ming, and Dalbec combine on the mound for the win. Multiple hit games for Newman, Moore, and Behnke, with a homer for Kingery. An eight-run fifth inning took things from a 3-1 deficit to an eventual 9-5 win. The Bat Cats are now 21-6 overall and 6-2 in the Pac-12. Considering last year's team only won 22 games, the improvement is obvious. An early start for the series finale at 11 am at Hi Corbett. Next weekend USC comes to town.
