585 is some heavy weight. When you get up in that range, the barbell will bend across your shoulders as it did in the video. Michael needs to be cautious when moving that sort of weight. Gronk first hurt his back in the weight room, lifting more weight than he needed to lift.

A serious question Mr. Oaks,

it's obvious that this young man could be special on the O-line but considering our need on the defensive side do you think that the staff could consider him for the D-line? He played both ways in high school and he would be an absolute beast in the middle. Perhaps a Waldrop with a bit more athleticism. Any center lined up over him would be moving backwards in a hurry. Just wondering.

It would work for me. I think you want to put him where he can do the best for him. If he can possibly be an AA offensive lineman, put him there. If he can be an AA nose guard, by all means put him there. Looks like he can play either side of the line. I just have a feeling he will end up on the offensive line
